The report presents 2024 energy consumption of 87,751 MWh and total Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 32,769 tCO2e for Regal REIT’s Hong Kong hotel portfolio. Water consumption was 599,225 m3, and all five Initial Hotels achieved the targeted EarthCheck Platinum certification in 2024. The report also describes a materiality assessment and ESG targets covering climate, waste, water, people and governance.
