The report presents Relais Group's first consolidated ESRS sustainability disclosures for 2025, supported by a double materiality assessment covering impacts, risks and opportunities. The company set an absolute market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction target of 90% by 2040 from a 2024 base year. It reports 34,956 MWh of total energy consumption, 47.2% renewable energy, and 133,838 tCO2e of location-based total GHG emissions. The sustainability report was subject to limited assurance by PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy.
