ESG Report

Overview

The report is Renergen's inaugural ESG disclosure for FY23 and establishes a baseline for future ESG objectives. It describes Board oversight of ESG and a formal ESG Committee, while presenting the company's IFC Performance Standards journey and alignment with the GHG Protocol, GRI and Integrated Reporting Framework. It also documents environmental management through the EMPR and Phase 1 EIA, and links performance-standard initiatives to SDGs 1-16.
