Overview

The report presents the Group's FY2023 sustainability performance across five ESG focus areas, prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards and with reference to SASB, alongside TCFD climate disclosures. It describes a consultant-supported materiality assessment and reports Scope 1 emissions of 25,296.6 tCO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 33.8 tCO2e. Energy consumption comprised 96,335 MWh of vessel fuel and 47.0 MWh of office electricity, while workforce disclosures cover 330 employees and crew members. Workplace safety reporting records one work-related fatality and two work-related injuries during the year.
