Overview

The report presents the company's fourth sustainability report, covering 2020 initiatives across sustainable banking, employee well-being, environmental stewardship and community support. The company extended RM3.1 billion for green activities and reported 26,232 tCO2eq of operational GHG emissions, a 9.5% year-on-year decrease within its West Malaysia boundary.
