The report highlights Bell Bay Aluminium's 60th year of aluminium smelting in Tasmania and its community celebrations. It records 194,435 tonnes of saleable metal produced in 2015 and power supply increased to 355MW. Safety performance worsened to four recordable injuries, above the target of three. Environmental initiatives included on-site dross processing, a replacement sewerage system and tree planting with local schools.
