Overview

The report describes Riverstone's first disclosure of portfolio financed emissions, covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and significant Scope 3 sources. It reports 2022 operational emissions of approximately 413 metric tons CO2e and explains that the 2021 baseline was reevaluated under a revised methodology. Riverstone also completed physical and transition climate-risk assessments for the majority of its portfolio and strengthened ESG governance through a cross-functional ESG Committee. The report documents TCFD-aligned disclosures, PCAF-based financed-emissions accounting and engagement through ESG Minimum Expectations.
