Overview

The report describes RMR's 2024 environmental progress across managed properties, including a 30.5% GHG-intensity reduction, 20.5% energy-intensity reduction and 19.1% water-intensity reduction against 2019. It reports a validated SBTi target to cut Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity 50% by 2029 and a net-zero operations commitment by 2050. RMR also exceeded its waste-diversion goal, reaching 51.1% in 2024, and expanded Connected Buildings, drought-tolerant landscaping and biodiversity programs. Social highlights include 39% women in the workforce, 85% health-plan participation and 1,000+ volunteer hours.
