Overview

The report summarizes Road King’s 2021 ESG strategy, policies and achievements for its property development and investment businesses in Mainland China and Hong Kong. It reports 16 green-building-certified projects completed during the year and 61 projects applying prefabricated building technology. The Group conducted a four-stage materiality assessment and describes Board oversight through an ESG Working Group. Reported 2021 emissions were 600,846 kg CO2e Scope 1, 2,634,486 kg CO2e Scope 2 and 290,091 kg CO2e Scope 3.
