Overview

The report covers Rogers' 2024 sustainability performance, including 21,466 MT CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 39,786 MT CO2e of market-based Scope 2 emissions, and 236,333 MWh of total energy consumption. It reports a public target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions 20% by 2030 from a 2022 base year. Rogers also reports zero occupational fatalities globally in 2024 and describes a double materiality assessment and climate risk assessment initiated during the year. Energy and GHG emissions data were independently verified by Cameron-Cole, LLC at a limited level of assurance.
