Overview

The report presents RBC's 2022 ESG performance across governance, climate, workforce, clients and communities. It highlights board and committee oversight of ESG matters, a 58 per cent reduction in operational GHG emissions against the 2018 baseline, and progress toward net-zero lending by 2050. The report also reports 95,634 global employees and 42% women directors. PwC provided limited assurance over selected environmental, employee and diversity indicators.
