Overview

The report presents RBC's 2023 ESG approach across governance, climate action, workforce development, inclusion, sustainable finance and community investment. It reports 100% renewable sourcing for total global electricity consumption and 56,089 tonnes of total market-based operational emissions. The report also highlights more than 3 million hours invested in workforce skills and $103.0 billion in sustainable finance facilitated. Selected performance metrics, including emissions, diversity and turnover measures, are reproduced in an independent PwC limited assurance report.
