Overview

The report describes RBC's fiscal 2025 sustainability priorities across climate, human capital and social capital. It reports 29,489 tonnes of Scope 1 and 2 market-based operational emissions and 100% electricity from renewable sources for all properties. RBC also maintains a long-term ambition to achieve net-zero emissions in lending by 2050. Its global workforce totaled 100,560 employees at October 31, 2025.
