Overview

The report describes the company's 2018 sustainability approach across governance, environmental performance, customer responsibility, workforce practices and community investment. It highlights completion of the Twin Star sea-sand-house reconstruction, returning 106 households to their homes, and presents a materiality assessment covering customer rights, service quality, product safety, and ethics and compliance.
