Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report is RXO's first Corporate Responsibility Report and establishes baseline sustainability metrics for 2022 and 2023. It reports 2023 Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, 18,692,636 gallons of water consumption, and 1,302.3 tons of waste generated. It also describes Board of Directors oversight, a Sustainability Committee, a workforce of 8,432, and initiatives spanning sustainable transportation, employee programs, and community engagement.
