Overview

The report describes Saab's 2018 sustainability work across climate, employees, human rights, anti-corruption and society. It sets a new objective to reduce GHG emissions by at least 33 per cent by 2030 compared with 2017, while reporting a 3.3 per cent reduction during 2018. Workforce indicators show 25.1% female managers and 23.5% female employees globally. The report also confirms Board-level adoption of sustainability reports and reporting in accordance with GRI and the UN Global Compact.
