Overview

The report presents Samudera's first FY2017 Sustainability Report under the GRI 2016 Core option and identifies six material ESG factors through stakeholder and management workshops. Sustainability governance was formalised through a Sustainability Steering Committee and Working Committee, with the Board ultimately responsible for oversight. Operational highlights include 100% vessel compliance with oil-spill regulations, no vessel oil-spill accidents, zero significant dangerous-goods incidents, and zero reported fatalities.
