Overview

The report describes Motherson's completed group reorganisation and its strategy to create a more unified global manufacturing group. It makes sustainability a central strategic priority through Planet, People and Governance, supported by a board-level sustainability committee. For FY2021-22, the report discloses total energy consumption of 4,563,030 GJ, Scope 1 emissions of 67,582 metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent and Scope 2 emissions of 2,97,851 metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent. It also sets a Carbon Net Zero ambition across current global operations by 2040.
