Overview

The report presents Sanctuary's 2024/2025 sustainability performance across environmental and social priorities. Organisational growth increased operational carbon emissions by 5,767 tonnes of carbon dioxide, although the emissions ratio was on track for a 41% reduction from the 2019/2020 baseline and extended emissions fell 9% year on year. The company also reports £3.1 million of charitable investment in customers and communities through its Sustainable Communities programme, alongside targets to halve operational emissions by 2030 and reach net zero by 2050.
