Overview

The report presents Sandfire's FY24 sustainability performance for 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 across its defined reporting boundaries. It reports 108,303 tCO2-e of Scope 1 emissions, 203,597 tCO2-e of location-based Scope 2 emissions, and an estimated approximately 583,626 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. Total energy use was 2,810,446 GJ, with renewable energy representing 36% of total energy, while water consumption was 6,955 ML. Deloitte provided limited assurance over Group Total Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions.
