Overview

The report presents Sandler's sustainability strategy as integrated with corporate strategy through the Transformation, Innovation & Sustainability (TIS) department and an internal sustainability advisory board. It sets 2035 goals including a CO2e-neutral corporate footprint for Scopes 1-2 and at least 40% reduction in product footprint across Scopes 1-3, alongside a 75% sustainable-product share. It reports group CCF of 47,012 t CO2e for market-based Scopes 1-2 and 583,175 t CO2e for Scope 3 across selected categories. It also describes product carbon-footprint certificates covering energy, raw materials, transport and packaging.
