Overview

The report presents Sandvik's 2022 sustainability agenda around four 2030 goals, including a 50 percent GHG reduction target and a 90 percent waste-circularity target. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 80 kton CO2e, gross location-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 266 kton CO2e, and total waste of 421,755 ton. Sandvik submitted SBTi targets including net zero by 2050 and obtained combined external assurance, including reasonable assurance over selected sustainability KPIs.
