Overview

The report highlights £23.6bn of green finance raised and facilitated since 2021, exceeding the £20bn 2025 ambition. It reports 271,085 hours of colleague learning completed and 16,437 HoldCo employees at year-end. Operational Scope 1 and market-based Scope 2 emissions were 2,133 tCO2e and 54 tCO2e respectively, alongside a 70% reduction from the 2019 baseline. Sustainability oversight was assigned across Board-level committees, including the Board Responsible Banking Committee, Board Risk Committee and Board Audit Committee.
