Overview

The report presents SCNL's third consecutive Integrated Annual Report for 2021-22, combining financial and non-financial value creation under the <IR> framework. Consolidated revenue was INR 1,38,089.38 lakhs, while the group reported 12,705 full-time employees and 1,224 branches across 23 states and UTs. Sustainability disclosures cover stakeholder materiality, ESG impacts, clean-energy and WASH lending, employee well-being, and a standalone BRSR. The report also highlights an eight-member board, including one woman, and continued technology-led financial inclusion.
