Overview

The report describes Sauder's 2016 environmental sustainability program, including a co-generation facility supplying approximately 35% of energy requirements from a carbon-neutral source. It reports a 21% decline in total CO2e since 2008 and more than $3.6 million invested in energy projects that reduce consumption by more than 30 million kWh per year. It also reports 98.6% of total solid waste recycled and 100% FSC/ECC-certified composite panels for domestic furniture.
