Overview

The report describes Scentre Group's Sustainable Business Framework and stakeholder-led materiality process across community, people, environment and economic performance. It reports 303,829 tCO2-e of direct and indirect emissions and approximately 159,179 tonnes of waste generated in 2016, with 49% of operational waste diverted from landfill. The workforce totaled 2,776 employees, women represented 30% of directors, and the CDP score improved to B. Ernst & Young externally assured indicators covering GHG, water and waste.
