Overview

The report describes Schroders’ continued expansion of sustainability activity in 2019, including more than 1,750 ESG engagements and the use of the GHG Protocol Corporate Standards. It reports a 2% reduction in total carbon output, 68% renewable electricity, and a commitment to operate its own operations on a net-zero carbon basis from 1 January 2020. The company also signed up to the UN Global Compact and reported 5,673 employees at year-end.
