Overview

The report presents Schroders' 2022 sustainability activities across investment integration, active ownership, climate, nature and impact investing. It highlights formal SBTi validation, a 46% operational Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030, and progress to a 34% reduction against 2019 with 95% renewable electricity. The firm also published its Plan for Nature and developed a group-wide impact framework. Active ownership included over 5,300 sustainability-focused engagements across 73 countries and a CDP A rating.
