Overview

The report integrates Sea1 Offshore's 2024 ESRS/CSRD Sustainability Statement into its Annual Report, marking the fifth sustainability report. It identifies 24 material impacts, risks and opportunities through a Double Materiality Analysis and reports 99% of net revenue as EU Taxonomy eligible, with none aligned. Reported 2024 emissions total 305 174 Te on a market-based basis, comprising 284 501 Te Scope 1, 1 124 Te market-based Scope 2, and 19 549 Te Scope 3. The report also records 1,385 workers and 17 owned vessels at year-end.
