Overview

The report highlights SELP's delivery of 88,000 sqm of highly sustainable buildings across Europe, including a BREEAM Outstanding warehouse in Barcelona. It reports a 6.8 per cent reduction in corporate and customer carbon intensity to 22.9 kgCO2e per sq m, alongside heat-pump and solar initiatives. The portfolio generated 31,002 MWh of clean energy for customers in 2024, while solar photovoltaic capacity increased to 52 MW.
