Overview

The report describes a difficult FY2008, with consolidated net sales falling 2.6% to ¥934,225 million amid the recession. The Housing Company nevertheless recorded ¥17.1 billion in operating income, its highest income level in 10 years. In March 2009, the Group added its support to the United Nations Global Compact.
