ESG Report

Overview

The report is SHR's first ESG disclosure and describes its sustainability policy, materiality process, and TCFD-supported climate governance. It reports 2019 portfolio environmental performance, including 52,494 thousand kWh of energy use, 18,318 t-CO2 of emissions, and 876,419 m3 of water consumption. It also sets a 20% CO2 emission-intensity reduction target by 2030 against 2018 and reports 52 green-certified properties covering 55.9% of total floor area, supported by 21,500 Million yen of green bonds.
