Overview

The report describes Sensata's 2025 sustainability performance across workforce, product innovation, climate and responsible operations. It reports 16,689 employees, 16.5% renewable energy and 10,635,227 metric tons CO2 of Scope 3 emissions, alongside 7,712 metric tons of non-hazardous solid waste generated. Sensata also sets a 45% absolute reduction target for Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality in operations by 2050.
