Overview

The report describes lower GHG, energy and water intensity across managed properties against a 2019 baseline, while tracking approximately 580 million gallons of water across 75 managed and owned properties in 2025. It identifies climate resilience, energy transition, water and waste, employee topics and business ethics as priority topics, with Board oversight of sustainability initiatives. The supplement includes SASB disclosures in accordance with the 2023-06 Real Estate Industry Standard and an independent accountants' limited-assurance review.
