Overview

The report records FY23 total revenue of $231.64m and resolution of more than 5,000 cases and six class actions. It also describes the adopted Environmental Sustainability Policy and practical measures including LED panels, sensor lighting, electronic communications and recycled paper. Social initiatives included the Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plans, and support for First Nations students and communities. The report additionally records a $15,000 Shine A Light Foundation grant and the third Modern Slavery Statement.
