Overview

The report is SHO-BOND's first Integrated Report, covering FY2022 and explaining how its infrastructure-maintenance business creates social value. It presents four materialities, a Sustainability Committee and ESG Promotion Office, and newly established sustainability KPIs. The report also provides TCFD-based climate disclosures, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and a 25% Scope 1 and 2 intensity-reduction target by FY2031. It further describes talent development, workplace initiatives, and the Group's carbon-neutrality ambition for FY2051.
