Overview

The report outlines SHOEI's ESG governance and four material issues spanning product safety, workforce and community, governance, and climate/circular economy. For the year, it highlights ISO 9001 certification, solar PPA systems at the Ibaraki and Iwate factories that raised renewable power use from 13% to 19% and reduced annual CO2 emissions by approximately 267 tons, and a 6.1% women-manager result against a target of more than 8% by March 2028.
