Overview

The report describes the Group's 2017 sustainability activities across customer, reputation, people, environment and community commitments. Its environmental metrics recorded total GHG emissions of 136,617.76 Tonnes of CO2e, total energy consumption of 199,007.55 MWh and total water consumption of 1,481,480.00 m3. The workforce section reported 6,397 Group staff at 31 December 2017, while the Group disclosed no reported bribery, extortion, fraud or money-laundering cases during the period.
