Overview

The report describes SCCC's full consolidation of LANNA in Q4 2024, materially expanding the Group's Energy segment and contributing to higher consolidated results. It also reports progress on decarbonization, including 562 kg per ton of cementitious emissions, a 69.2 percent clinker factor and a 28.5 percent thermal substitution rate. Sustainability initiatives included new low-carbon cement products and construction of the INSEE B.Grimm Solar project.
