Overview

The report presents Siemens Mobility's first Social Value Report for FY24, highlighting UK investment, employment and education outcomes, including £140m of new investment, 261 schools engaged through STEM and 333 apprentices, graduates and interns employed. It also reports 74,264 students reached through Rail Safe Friendly, 67% of waste recycled and 100% renewable electricity for owned and managed sites. Diversity highlights include women representing 20% of the workforce and 219 women participating in the Group Mentoring Programme.
