Overview

The report is Sienna's inaugural ESG disclosure and describes its response to the COVID-19 crisis, including more than $2.3 million in emergency assistance awarded through the CaRES Fund. Environmental initiatives include water-saving Flow Management Devices, an LED lighting retrofit pilot, and plans for energy-efficient redevelopment of older long-term care homes. The report also introduces a newly established cross-functional ESG Committee and highlights support for residents, families, employees, and local communities.
