Overview

The report describes Signify's 2021 workforce of 36,824 employees and continued progress on sustainability. Signify reported carbon-neutral operations, 100% renewable electricity and gross operational emissions of 290 kilotonnes. It also disclosed approved science-based targets of 70% reduction for Scope 1 and 2 and 30% for Scope 3 by 2030 against a 2015 baseline. Sustainability information was subject to reasonable assurance by Ernst & Young Accountants LLP.
