Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents SingLand's first Sustainability Report aligned with IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, alongside a refreshed 76.8% Scope 1 and 2 emissions-intensity reduction target for 2035. It reports 37,167 tonnes of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 124,098 MWh of property energy consumption, and 5,710 metric tons of building waste generated. Social highlights include $420,000 in community donations and a Donor Impact Fund commitment of $1,000,000 over three years. Selected sustainability information was independently assured by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
