Overview

The report presents the Group's first ESG disclosure for 1 April 2016 to 31 December 2016, covering environment, employees and operations. It reports site consumption of 2,464,853 kWh of electricity and 69,144 m3 of water, and describes controls for emissions, waste and resource use. Social disclosures cover safety systems, 50 hours of safety training for about 500 persons, more than 500 hours of employee training, supplier management, anti-corruption and community activities.
