Overview

The report is Sinochem Hong Kong Group's first ESG report and describes its governance, environmental, employee, and community practices for 2022. It established a board-led ESG governance structure and assessed 16 ESG topics, including four highly important topics. Highlights include 100% of new projects meeting green-building standards, a 77.8% female employee share, zero employee injuries, and 100% training coverage. The report also records RMB 4.76 million of community investment and 20,268 volunteer hours.
