Overview

The report presents SIT group's 2021 consolidated non-financial statement and its first group-wide 2021-2025 "Made to Matter" Sustainability Plan, grouping around 50 initiatives across five pillars. It reports 2,503 employees and approximately 68,476 hours of group training. Environmental disclosures include total energy consumption of 227,964 GJ, Scope 1 emissions of 5,672 tCO2 eq, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 11,137 tCO2, market-based Scope 2 emissions of 14,226 tCO2 eq, and 4,774.04 t of waste generated. The NFS was subject to limited assurance by Deloitte & Touche S.p.A., excluding the EU Taxonomy disclosures.
