Impact Report

Overview

The report is Skechers' first Impact Report, covering 2022 initiatives and using 2021 for data points where 2022 data was unavailable. It describes ESG governance in which the Board is actively involved and the Nominating and Governance Committee has primary oversight, supported by an internal cross-functional ESG Committee. The report presents 2021 location-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 78,821 MTCO2e and market-based emissions of 79,543 MTCO2e, while noting that Scope 3 measurement was planned for the future.
