The report presents SM Investments' 2024 group-wide sustainability progress across property, banking, retail and portfolio businesses. It reports 5,188,408.55 MTCO2e of total groupwide GHG emissions, a projected cumulative reduction of up to 40% by 2040 from a 2019 baseline, and PHP1 trillion in sustainable-finance projects funded by BDO. Social and environmental highlights include 16,036 scholars supported by the SM Group to date and 15.7 million m3 of recycled water in 2024.
