Overview

The report describes Civitas' investment in specialist supported housing, with £755 million invested across 591 properties supporting 4,072 vulnerable adults as of March 2019. It reports £114 million of social value generated per year, alongside £45.7 million of annual rent. Tenant and family surveys found improvements in mental health, physical health, confidence, motivation and aspirations. The report also highlights Civitas' work with housing and care providers to improve quality, capacity and risk management.
