Overview

The report assesses SOHO's social-housing impact for January-December 2023. At year-end, its portfolio comprised 493 properties and 3,417 homes, with 75% in the 40% most deprived local authorities. It reports £116.8m of total social value, including £17.5m of social impact and £99.3m of fiscal savings, and a £3.08 SROI. Environmental work included a retrofit pilot and a Board-adopted commitment to reduce portfolio emissions by 75% per m2 by 2035 from a 2021 baseline, while the report highlights ongoing lease-model and partner-provider risks.
